Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing residential and commercial spaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs and preferences.
• Utilize techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities.
• Utilize janitorial experience to effectively manage and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Drive to various locations using a valid driver's license for on-site cleaning services.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work in diverse environments (must not have allergies to pets, dust, etc.).
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Able to lift 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and twist throughout the day.
• Smartphone required for our electronic app.
• Driver’s License and a good driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle for daily work.
• Able to pass a national criminal background check.

Position Details:

• Availability: Part-Time and Full-Time positions are open.
• Compensation: Earn $650-$900 once full-time (3-8 weeks based on performance).
• Locations: Service areas include Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, West Miami, Miami Beach, Hialeah, Doral, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, FL, and nearby communities.
• Shift: Daytime shifts only.
