What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contents Pack Out Project Manager position at Wizard Restorations, Inc.?
Wizard Restorations, Inc. is a 24hr emergency service company specializing in water and fire damage restoration.
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our our team as a contents pack out project manager.
The right candidate will be motivated and hardworking with a desire to grow and learn new skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customer throughout job in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee pack out crew and ensure they carefully inventory and properly pack customer’s personal home property to ensure the contents’ safety during transport.
- Coordinate crew to ensure job is completed in a timely manner and to high standards.
- Make sure rules and protocols are being followed at the job-site and that the crew stays safe.
- Bubble wrap delicate items such as china, glass, and other home decorations
- Treat all property with care and respect so that the homeowner feels at ease with us working in their home and handling their personal property
- Move boxes
- Load and offload supplies from trailers
- Scan and track contents within warehouse
- Pay is based on experience.
Must be able to pass background and drug tests.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
