We are seeking a QA Analyst who thrives on supporting many games in development and guiding the effort of external or internal testing teams. You will both drive test planning & iteration and contribute to a diverse range of wider team goals. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Crafting test plans
- Creating, reviewing and executing test cases
- Reporting bugs and validating bug fixes
- Supporting playtests and product demonstrations
- Managing test environments
- Installing and working with development builds on PCs, phones, tablets and consoles
- Validating product performance on various hardware and software configurations
- Working with as assortment of adjacent teams such as Production, IT, Development, Creative, Marketing, BI
- Identifying risk scenarios in new features & for existing products
- Contributing to the global ratings submission processes
- Investigating and troubleshooting issues
- Identifying process improvements, designing and optimizing processes
- Working with external Functional, Certification, Compatibility and Localization QA teams
- Advocating for quality throughout the development cycle
- 2 years experience in software quality assurance
- High level of familiarity with PCs, consoles and mobile devices
- Passion for a wide variety of games
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a multifaceted environment.
- Good communications, written and verbal.
- Well-organized, good at time management.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
- Excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.

- Pay Range End: $93,800
