We are looking for a Quality Control & Production Manager who can lead our workforce and subcontractors to success by getting the job done right and looking sharp. You’ll help our construction company plan and manage all new construction and remodeling projects for our homeowners. Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager with any other duties as needed for the entire project
- Include client feedback as construction progresses and help construction crew and subcontractors execute change orders
- Enforce all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any issues to the project manager
- Oversee the work of all construction workers and subcontractors, routinely inspect construction processes, and provide guidancence as needed to ensure the client receives high-quality work
- Review performance goals and deadlines to ensure the construction process is running on schedule with the project manager’s plan and subcontractors
- Maintain a daily schedule to document all occurrences throughout the construction process for the project manager and homeowners
- Manage all customer service after construction
- Constantly evaluate construction and service requests looking for better products and techniques to accomplish better home construction
- Interview Subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay: $82,073.00 - $88,579.00 per year
