This is a full-time position paying $17 - $20 hourly, with opportunities for bonus compensation for outstanding performance. Health Insurance and Life Insurance is also included after a probationary period.

We are a fast-growing law practice focused on Estate Planning and Trust Administration in Norman, Oklahoma. Our non-traditional law practice provides a unique experience for clients through the use of a highly advanced system for delivering service. Our goal is to develop long-lasting supportive relationships with our clients and their families. We hope that through those relationships the clients will live better lives, have better relationships within their own family and community, and that their family will have a smoother transition if the client becomes disabled and upon the client's death.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue prospective clients from leads generated by firm marketing activities and move them through the sales pipeline via follow up calls, emails, or other forms of communication
- Qualify prospective clients quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, their goals, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Schedule in-person sales appointments and follow up on prospect’s requests for information
- Maintain notes in the contact database on all leads
- Assist the Marketing Team to find new business opportunities in the Norman, OK geographic area
- Assist the Marketing Team in creating social media and digital marketing content
- Assist the Marketing Team in meeting or surpassing the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
