Ciprani Consulting is hiring for a top Executive Real Estate Leadership position for Jeff Glover Companies within the metro Detroit area of Michigan and is looking for a talented person to help run one of it's teams.

Compensation

• Base salary range $100,000 - $125,000
• Expected 1st year earnings $150,000-$175,000. There is no limitation on your earning potential
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• RECRUITING- Recruiting will be the primary focus early on as momentum is built and systems are in place to ensure consistent growth is implemented and executed.
• Prospecting to initiate new with existing agents in the market (recruiting; 2-3 hours daily)
• Following up with potential recruits and referral sources for recruits (1-2 hours daily)
• Conducting/supporting 2 to 3 recruiting appts per day (can be accomplished in multiple ways i.e. holding your own appts with producing agents and helping staff close appointments with lower production/new agents)
• Recruiting agents will/can look like the following
• New Agents joining the real estate world
• Experience solopreneurs/agents operating in other brokerages
• Agents that have a team of other agents
• Brokerages looking to sell through acquisition to other brokerages
• Leading office team meetings (sales meetings) with leverage from staff and other sources (weekly or bi-weekly; currently bi-weekly)
• Leading the top agents within the office (office board of directors and office managers) meetings (1x per month) along with other committees (example education of new and seasoned agents)
• Provide consistent leadership to staff and agents
• Coach/consult with the top 10-20% of agents within the office (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the agent)
• Review financials to achieve/maintain a tight budget and profitability (weekly within the office, monthly with owners and office leadership)
