Experienced Attorney With 3-5 Years Personal Injury Experience

Experienced Attorney With 3-5 Years Personal Injury Experience
- Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
- Plaintiff or defense experience
- Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
- Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
- Understanding of legal medicine
- Deposition, Arbitration, dispositive motion experience
- Experience prepping cases for trial
- New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
- Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
- Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability
- Proven Track Record
- Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
- Federal Court Experience a plus
- Good writing skills
- Winning record
- Solid work ethic
