Responsibilities
- Represent clients on immigration matters
- Lead legal staff
- EOIR Court Appearances for Master and Merits Hearings
- Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies
- Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed
- Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently
- JD Degree and License to practice in at least one US State
- 3 years of immigration law experience, including family-based immigration cases and employment-based cases
- Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Ability to lead their own legal team
