We are currently the fastest-growing and largest home buyer in Chattanooga and plan to grow and expand aggressively over the next 3-5 years.

Responsibilities
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Attend appointments in sellers' homes to determine the best route to help them solve a problem and sell their home
- Creativity is key! You must be a problem solver and someone who loves to help others in difficult situations. We are the best company with the most tools at our disposal to help sellers sell their properties
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Hunger to learn and grow at a fast pace
- Experience in the industry is not required. We focus more on the intangibles. You must have a strong bias for action, desire to learn and grow, think creatively.
- Experience working with a CRM is ideal...Or if you are able to learn technology quickly that will work to your advantage.
