Marketing Manager - Luxury Real Estate

We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of luxury real estate professionals to help us build the best real estate team in Sarasota County. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in executing the plans we currently have in place, online advertising through YouTube and Meta, advertising, and brand promotion. Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
