What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor Or Psychologist position at Wizehire?
We are seeking a warm compassionate mental health therapist or psychologist for a W-2 full-time or part-time position in our group private practice. Clinicians can be fully licensed or provisionally licensed. Our practice is well-established and has been operating since 2002. We have two locations in Bloomington; 24 therapists and 5 support staff.
We offer full benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, short-term disability, IRA with match, unlimited (unpaid) vacation and you choose your own productivity. No evenings or weekends are required and no on-call. We have very little crisis care needed. We are insurance-based, serving clients through Indiana University and the community. Please see our website at www.spencerpsycholgy.com for additional information about our clientele, and our practice.
All of our provisionally licensed associates have remained with the practice after full licensure, so associates have permanency with us if they choose.
Compensation- $72,000 (masters)- $102,000 (doctoral)
Compensation
$72,000 - $102,000
Responsibilities
We are a group private practice, located in Bloomington Indiana (home of Indiana University). We offer a variety of services that change with our clinicians' interests and training. Some of our clinicians are generalists, but many have a specialty area that we will promote and market so that if clinicians would like to have a specific caseload, we are able to match clients with those needs. Our support staff takes care of all non-clinical tasks and billing for clinicians, so you only have to see your clients and do your documentation.
We are a warm and connected group, and for those who are interested (but it is never required), we have frequent options for socializing outside of work such as meals, boat rentals, and cookouts. We strive to make work-life balance actually work for those with children at home, or just other interests besides work. This is a flexible job with caring leadership and colleagues, above all else.
