Compensation

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor the clinical status of pediatric patients while in transit within Philadelphia, PA, US.
- Document and manage patient vital signs, medications given, and other pertinent medical details accurately.
- Work closely with the transport team and medical staff at hospitals to ensure high-quality patient care is provided.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations diligently.
- Perform regular checks to confirm the functionality of medical equipment on a daily basis.
- Maintain a safe environment for both patients and team members at all times.
- Paramedic certification from a valid State and National Registry is required in Philadelphia, PA.
- Possession of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are necessary.
- A clean driving record and a current, valid driver's license are essential for this position.
- Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, 800.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are a must.
- The ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments is required.
- A deep commitment to patient care and safety is vital for success in this role.
