Responsibilities
- Arrange for appointments with customers by working with the staff in our office
- Document each job so we know which properties we have provided treatment to
- Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests
- Mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on your measurements of the infested area
- Advise clients on the best method for extermination of the pest, such as fumigants, mouse traps, blocking pest pathways, or other pest control methods
- Able to work with different types of critters, including rodents, termites, bed bugs, and more
- Clean background check
- Good customer service skills
- 1 year of work experience in pest control
- Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
