Compensation

$120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to connect with property sellers.
• Build strong relationships with sellers, addressing objections and fostering trust.
• Work with pre-qualified leads, gathering detailed property information.
• Actively listen and take comprehensive notes during seller interactions.
• Learn and apply the basics of investment property evaluation and pricing.
• Negotiate purchase agreements aligned with company criteria.
• Follow a proven sales process to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar sales-driven role.
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and investment strategies.
• Experience working in both residential and commercial real estate (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, while contributing to others' growth.

• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
