What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts.
- Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through the solar conversion process.
- Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
