Compensation

$75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
  
  

As a Trust And Estate Planning Attorney, You’ll Play a Vital Role In Helping Families And Businesses Protect What Matters Most. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading Client Consultations Conduct meetings and intakes with clients and prospects to understand their unique needs and provide thoughtful guidance.
• Personalized Planning Solutions Counsel clients on a variety of estate planning and business planning strategies and create tailored legal instruments that align with their goals.
• Drafting and Execution Draft, review, and execute estate planning and business planning documents with precision and attention to detail
• Building Relationships Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
• Legal Research Conduct in-depth legal research to support client projects and ensure solutions are grounded in the latest legal standards.
• Estate & Trust Administration Guide clients through the administration of estates and trusts, providing compassionate and knowledgeable support during sensitive times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
• Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
• Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position

• Experience Matters You bring at least 2 years of legal experience, ideally in estate planning, business planning, or a related field.
