Position Summary :

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, designing data workflows, and providing actionable insights to guide business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional analytical skills, and experience working with rule-based systems, predictive analytics, and advanced data solutions. Success in this role requires technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Insights :

Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

Analytical Framework Development :

Build and maintain analytical models and workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Data Integration :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data from various sources is clean, consistent, and effectively integrated into analytical processes.

Rule-Based Systems Support :

Assist in managing and optimizing rule-based logic and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Visualization :

Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings.

Predictive Analytics and Modeling :

Develop and refine predictive models to improve decision-making and support long-term business planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver insights that align with organizational goals.

Performance Monitoring :

Regularly evaluate and optimize the performance of analytical systems and workflows.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP Systems, predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and rule-based systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration processes is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, validation, and cleansing processes.
