WiZiX Technology Group – Remote Network Technician
Responsible for providing installation support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating problems. Own the governance to support print infrastructure. Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users. Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems. Prioritizes issues using appropriate escalation procedures, and coordinates referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel as needed.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide setup, installations, de-installations and maintenance of Multifunctional Devices (printer, scanner, copier) within agreed customer timeframes in order to meet contractual agreements.
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Respond to on-site incidents to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources and territorial considerations
