Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Development Data Coordinator (DDC) is responsible for all data functions regarding donation gifts and WJCT constituents. This includes, but is not limited to, the collection of data from TV, Radio, Internet, First Coast Society and all campaigns using Blackbaud software. And it involves the storage of that data in the Raiser’s Edge database. The DDC will communicate with donors and with internal departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect all donations and constituent information using Blackbaud software
Process donation and constituent information using Raiser’s Edge database
Perform basic data entry duties including gift entry, constituent information entry, batch validation and batch committal
Maintain and update records of members while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Prepare documents and correspondence for donations and constituents. These include “Thank you” notes, tax statements, acknowledgement letters, pledge reminders… etc
Provide Cash Receipt Journal records for the Finance Department
Collaborate in database clean-up projects – merging member records, correcting and updating member’s personal information
Assist in the mailings of annual and monthly renewal, reminder notices, gifts/premiums to donors
Other duties as assigned &/or required
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Skills and Experience/Licenses):
H.S. diploma; AA preferred
1 -2 years of experience in data entry
1 year of experience using Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
2 years working in a customer service role preferred
Experience in a fund-raising environment preferred
Experience with relational databases, preferred
Experience with Raiser’s Edge software, preferred
Customer service experience, preferred
Accurate and speedy keyboard skills
Detail oriented
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Windows software
Excellent time management and communication skills
Unusual and or extended working hours during pledge and other high demand times
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
