Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and as needed based on business needs
Job Responsibilities
System Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the WMS to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- WMS migrations and implementations (planning, execution, and support)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the WMS, collaborating with IT and vendors as needed.
- Regularly update system configurations and parameters to meet changing business needs.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to the WMS.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- 24/7 WMS uptime and usability
Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for warehouse management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates/upgrades to the WMS.
- Assist in the implementation of WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes.
- (Pending) Conduct user training sessions to familiarize warehouse staff with system functionalities.
- Managing the rules process within the WMS. This could include understanding, setting, and creating rules.
Qualifications & Skills (Required):
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to work with both internal staff and external colleagues
- Implementing functions, system logic, algorithms, and workflows.
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Familiarity with barcodes, scanning hardware and technologies
- Proficient in excel
- Google Workspace tools
- Bilingual preferred
Education and Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in either business management or computer engineering,
- At least 1 year experience within distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain
