As a Brand Design Manager, you will develop design strategy and create effective design solutions on exciting brands like Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Special K, and Corn Flakes! In this hybrid Designer / Manager role, you will be responsible for management of internal design workstreams, actively designing packaging and supporting on strategic business initiatives, with a focus on delivering cost savings back to the business. You will develop a tight partnership with other functions to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout design workstreams. As well as govern and educate cross-functional teams on the design process, ensuring a high-level quality of design briefs, clear understanding of timelines, and an understanding of print production.

Provide Design Leadership

• Deliver design excellence and strategic thinking to ensure we are creating effective packaging to drive our brands forward and make connection with consumers
• Partner with marketing, I&S, promotions, licensing, and merchandising to ensure brand continuity across all brand activations, touchpoints, retail channels.
• Support Design Lead as needed on strategic business priorities.

Salary Range : $115, 216 - $151.280

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.  Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
