Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Hours: 10 hours per week

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow WK Real Estate’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone from the Denver CO area with a passion for storytelling, a strong portfolio of successful content and video creation, and an understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content that aligns with WK Real Estate’s brand and marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to align social media efforts with company initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management (portfolio of previous content highly recommended).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
- Experience with graphics and video content creation, including Canva, Reels and short-form video editing.
- Experience with content calendar and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends (preferred but not required).
- Available to work a Monday to Friday schedule and the on the weekend, if needed.
