As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for customers—building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring they're happy with their experience. To us, customer satisfaction is everything, and our Client Account Managers play a big part in making that happen, understanding that their role is crucial in representing clients' products and services and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager:
- Foster lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating genuine care, and paying close attention to every detail
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive sales performance while enhancing the customer experience
- Our Client Account Managers provide post-sale support and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term success
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
- Partnered with leadership to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize sales impact
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies while handling sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For in a Client Account Manager:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any industry-related degree is a plus but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, customer support, or any customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $61,700.00 - $67,380.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
