We’ve recently acquired a new partnership with Verizon and their wireless division to assist in the rollout and expansion of their leading wireless services and technology. We are actively hiring a top-tier communications guru to join our team as a Sales Associate. This role is an integral component of our team and is a front-facing position that will work directly with prospective customers on a daily basis.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for… 

• Meeting with existing and potential customers on behalf of Verizon to provide product and service information, answer questions, and assist in the sales process 
• Leading exciting and thorough product presentations by using consultative skills to determine an individual’s need and deliver tailored wireless solutions 
• Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with all customers to increase opportunities for upselling and referrals 
• Providing information regarding wireless products and solutions to customers 
• Handling customer questions and concerns with the utmost confidence, professionalism, and respect 
• Keeping detailed records of all interactions and escalate any issues to the appropriate department and manager
