What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service and Sales Associate-Level I position at WK&T?
The Customer Service and Sales Associate interacts with customers on the front line - on the doorstep and by phone to sell and promote services to new and existing customers. Carries out marketing plans and strategies to increase the use and sale of equipment and services. Assists with customer relations. Maintains billing records, documentation, and other supporting information in appropriate file. Will respond to public inquiries on the selection and availability of services. Provides Tier 1 Technical Support service during office hours. All interactions must be professional, helpful, and friendly at all times.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or related field preferred. High school diploma plus a minimum three years sales and customer service experience, or other relevant experience, required.
- Required to staff our Murray, Mayfield, Martin, and Ullin locations as needed. Primary location will be Mayfield, Ky.
- Required to work on Saturdays on a rotation basis and weekly extended hours from 11:00-7:30, again on a rotation basis.
