- Store Performance: Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and develop crew members to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor waste, and optimize labor and paper costs to maintain profit margins.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health department regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a leadership or management role.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Certifications and Licenses: Within 90 days of hire or promotion, attend GM Core class and Crew Interviewing Workshop.
