Overview
The Shift Leader is a key role in the success of our restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing shifts, training, cash handling, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all Food Safety and company policies are in compliance with store plan to meet Q.S.C. standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage shifts effectively
* Train team members on new procedures and products
* Ensure accurate cash handling and manage deposits
* Foster an environment of excellent customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* One to three months' related experience and/or training preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Strong communication and leadership skills
