What you will be doing as a Business Development Associate:
- Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals into plans that meet the consumer’s needs
- Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products
- Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our culture
- Assist the business development team in exceeding established goals for the branch by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s daily processes and goals

What we are looking for in a Business Development Associate:
- Business Related Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree preferred
- Experience in a leadership or coaching role is strongly preferred
- Ability to expand customer base through high-level customer interactions
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take on a difficult task and learn from them
- High focus on customer relationships, customer contact, and customer-focused consulting
- Proven track record of selling and maintaining customer relationships
