- Meeting with existing and potential customers on behalf of Verizon to provide product and service information, answer questions, and assist in the sales process
- Leading exciting and thorough product presentations by using consultative skills to determine an individual’s need and deliver tailored wireless solutions
- Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with all customers to increase opportunities for upselling and referrals
- Providing information regarding wireless products and solutions to customers
- Handling customer questions and concerns with the utmost confidence, professionalism, and respect
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions and escalate any issues to the appropriate department and manager
