What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analytics Specialist position at WKW North America, LLC?
The Data Analytics Specialist will be primarily responsible for supporting the plant leadership and production in gathering and analyzing data for plant-wide key productivity indicators (KPIs) as well as creating daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the different departments.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Get regular electronic data interface data (EDIs) from customer service /SAP to project future sales and create trends and analysis
- Support/create weekly KPIs for upper management
- Help develop more solid KPIs for all areas
- Support in preparing weekly KPI file
- Prepare KPIs for production (parts produced, confirmed and scrapped) and prepare trend charts
- Support budget and forecast activity
- Support tracking, disputing and analyzing customer deductions
Computer Skills:
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to effectively handle multiple activities simultaneously and successfully contribute in a cross-functional manufacturing environment
Education:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
Work Experience and Technical Skills; Qualifications:
- Must be a good communicator both written and verbal
- Having an internship is a plus
