Job Description
The Quality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and services at WKW North America, LLC. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful as a Quality Manager, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or industrial health and safety.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of quality systems including IATF, ISO, and QS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
