SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Assist in organizing order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure established recipes are adhered to and standards are being met on a consistent basis
- Inspect dishes after delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature after sending them out to guests
- Assist in delivering orders / running food to maintain prompt service to guests
- Will maintain the highest level of service standards at all times and provide the best-in-class dining experience possible
- Addresses food / beverage or service related guest issues and utilize creativity and resources available to maintain optimum satisfaction
- Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in overall cleanliness
- Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
- Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards and use good hygiene practices
- Support bussers / servers in their tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
