Cannabis Salesperson

Overview
We are seeking a motivated enthusiastic and self-motivated Cannabis Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires promoting work environment that is positive and customer-service oriented. Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures. Staying up to date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends to provide the highest level of customer service. The role is part of the whole organization team and, as such, requires you to perform reasonable tasks that promote, develop, and expand the business of our organization and its interests generally. Previous experience in the cannabis industry is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable with a Commision based Model ( Earning are Sky's the limit ).

Responsibilities

• Promote work environment that is positive and customer-service oriented.
• Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID of all customers.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven Cannabis experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
