Summary :

The Automotive Lube Technician must be able to offer excellent customer service and perform services on vehicles with the upmost integrity.

Top Technician Duties :

Perform all lubrication services.
Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), and provide recommendation for preventive maintenance to Customer
Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean.
Make certain all equipment is in proper working order.
Perform necessary preventive maintenance services
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Must be able and comfortable communicating with customers using exceptional customer service

Skills & Requirements

Qualificiations :

Effectively communicate with the other staff using our code system.

Must be honest and reliable

Must be able to maintain a positive attitude

Must be able to lift push, pull and bend up to 50 pounds

Must be able to endure repetitive reaching over head and bending

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Must be able to work inside and outside in extreme weather conditions

Must be flexible and able to work weekends

Must be able to work 10-12 hour days
