WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
This position contributes to Evolution Fresh success by managing the day-to-day off-shift operations to support defined people, quality, cost, and service objectives. Ensures compliance with established quality standards and the safe, productive operation
JOB DUTIES : Leadership

Demonstrates and understands safety as our core value and follows the key essentials to safety as set forth by our safety resolution; coaches others to do the sameUnderstand and follows established safety guidelines, consistently complies with all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, Lock Out Tag Out, Good Housekeeping, etc.)Reinforces safe practices to other partners, and provides coaching when witness to unsafe practicesMinimum Qualifications :
Supervisor experience 3-5 yearsManufacturing or Production setting 3-5 yearsAdditional Required Qualifications :
Team-building skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to provide technical leadershipProblem-solving skillsAbility to understand and follow established safety proceduresStrong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor othersFamiliarity with American Institute of Baking (AIB), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standardsFamiliarity with food safety regulatory requirements and global standards including Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Experience with BRC or SQF certification schemesPhysical Demands :
