Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and new roofing solutions while recommending strategies to the Sales Manager to maintain competitiveness and explore new market opportunities

We are looking for an Outside Sales Professional to join our team. Our Ideal Outside Sales Representative :

Experience : At least 2 years of outside sales experience; roofing or construction experience preferred but not required.

Skilled : Strong math skills for measurements, quotes, and proposals; proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems.

Communication & Collaboration : Strong communication skills, both written & verbal; ability to build lasting relationships and work well with customers and coworkers. A team player who collaborates with estimators and project managers to ensure the best results.

Detail-oriented : Meticulous in gathering information, calculating measurements, and providing accurate project quotes and proposals.

Hunter Mentality : Self-motivated with the drive to prospect and build new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, and networking.

Organized : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep track of leads, and follow up effectively with existing and potential customers.

Active : Able to climb a ladder, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
