Vivie seeks an experienced Cook to prepare resident meals. If you have the skills, experience and awareness in following recipes, portion control, presentation guidelines and specific therapeutic diets, the Culinary Services team is ready to welcome you.
Schedule:
Full-Time, including every other weekend and a holiday rotation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- One year experience as a cook, in a long term care facility or hospitality/restaurant setting
- ServSafe certificate or ability to obtain within three months of hire
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
