Walker Methodist Plaza is looking to hire a Registered Nurse, mainly assisting in the assisted living areas. The RN is responsible for assisting in managing the resident service care plans and handling the direction and supervision of health care staff.
Minimum qualifications:
- Current Minnesota unrestricted RN license and BLS-certified
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Leadership skills with two years management/supervisory experience required
- Experience working as a Comprehensive Home Care Provider in an assisted living or long-term care environment, managing licensed and direct care staff
- An ability to adapt to changing needs of the resident and assisting residents and their families by ensuring a quality plan of care is established
