This role is remote and not required to be in the office, however this position is required that the candidate lives within 50 miles of the business unit.
I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. Provides data analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality.
II. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned, and specific activities may vary by department.
This job has no supervisory duties.

Education and Experience
The expected salary range for this position across the U.S. is $49,200 - $52,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

- Subject Matter expert for assigned functions.
- Prepares reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management. Provides assessment and recommendations to management.
- Acts as a liaison to Management to make them aware of any issues that are brought forth by internal or external customers to resolve collaboratively.
- Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
- Tracks issues arising from internal department functions, or as brought forth by internal or external customers to share with Management team.
- Determines areas of risk as new or changed processes are implemented.
- Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned by department management.
- Monitors department processes and workflow to ensure overall accuracy and quality of data and work output.
- Recommends changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
- Evaluates current training and materials for assigned group, as well as huddle topics with recommend improvements with management oversight and approval. Reviews and creates training/ huddle documents as needed by gaining leadership approval before implementation of data process changes or updates.
- Other duties as assigned.

IV. Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience in Business Administration or similar area of study.
- Experience: Must have knowledge of the OMR Sales & Saves processes and department.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- None required.
- Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- This position requires ability to demonstrate knowledge of the business and an ability to apply that knowledge effectively to a variety of situations. Will require intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite as well as general business and/or other reporting systems (SQL, Snowflake, Power BI) and subject matter knowledge applicable to the department assigned. This knowledge may include, but not be limited, basic accounting processes and procedures, project management, and strong analytical skills and communication skills.
