Our company is seeking Part-Time Call Center Representatives - PART TIME - ENTRY LEVEL

Shift is : Monday to Friday
7 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
Pay : 16.50 Bonus
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns.
Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database.
Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.
Responsible for generating 6 LEADS a day / 30 a week
Make a MIN of 350 calls a day
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy & Phone skills
Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )
Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply.
