Critical Care and Emergency Nursing Opportunities

At WMCHealth, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in our emergency department. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, working collaboratively with the Clinical Manager and interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Key responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, coordinating care, teaching patients and support systems, communicating effectively with the healthcare team, administering medications, and participating in quality performance and improvement processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in New York State, or permittee.
• Minimum one year Med/Surg experience preferred, with two years critical care or emergency room experience being advantageous.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, with TNCC, ENPC, and CEN being preferred.
