Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate patient data clearly and concisely to healthcare teams, families, and patients
- Evaluate outcomes of care and adapt plans as needed to ensure optimal patient results

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in New York State or permittee
- Minimum one year RN experience in Med/Surg, with basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice
- BLS, ACLS, PAL, and Stroke Certification required (must obtain within orientation/probationary period)
