We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at WMCHealth. As a RN, you will be accountable for providing a restorative healing experience for patients and their support systems in partnership with the Clinical Manager and the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough and ongoing holistic nursing assessments to identify current and potential problems.
- Developing individualized plans of care that address patient needs and concerns.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to implement effective treatment plans.
Education and Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in the State of New York or permittee. Minimum of 2 years critical care or emergency room experience preferred.
