Key Responsibilities
🔧 Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
🛠️ Diagnose Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
💬 Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.
📋 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.

- Experience: At least 3 years as a mechanic/technician in material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills with proficiency in diagnostic tools & equipment.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required; certifications in forklift maintenance and repair are preferred.
