Amazon E-Commerce Specialist for Fashion Brand

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing our Amazon Marketplace presence while providing support for Shopify product listings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Primary Responsibilities : Amazon Management

  • Amazon Marketplace Management

Manage and update product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and SEO optimization.

  • Regularly monitor product visibility, sales, and conversion rates, implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Handle customer reviews and feedback, maintaining a high seller rating and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment and shipping issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Review Amazon-specific metrics to identify necessary updates or performance improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track and analyze key metrics, including sales ranks, promotion outcomes, and best sellers.

  • Generate performance reports to evaluate growth and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor compliance with Amazon policies to avoid penalties or suspensions.
  • Promotions & Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts on Amazon in collaboration with management.

  • Adjust promotional strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback.

    • Secondary Responsibilities : Shopify Product Listings

  • Product Listing Management

    • Update and maintain Shopify product listings, ensuring consistency in product descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Promotions & Campaign Support

    • Assist the marketing team in executing promotional activities on Shopify.

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
