Mechanical Engineering Department
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Western New England University has an immediate opening for a tenure track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning as early as Spring 2025. Candidates for this position must have a Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, with expertise in Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Turbomachinery, Flight Mechanics, Flight Vehicle Design, or other related Aerospace fields. Industry experience in the practical application of this expertise is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to teach courses at all levels, support graduate (including PhD) and undergraduate projects, and pursue scholarly and funded research activities.
