We are excited to invite passionate insurance agents to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Position Overview :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist insurance agents, lenders, and homeowners with their inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can communicate effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers who contact us through calls and chats regarding their home insurance policy with empathy and expertise, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify complex issues requiring further assistance and escalate them to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the policy system.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to accurately answer customer questions

Required Skills :

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Ability to balance timeliness and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Qualifications

  • Active P&C insurance license is required.  (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year homeowner insurance.  (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to callers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex information efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
