Qualifications and Skill Set :
- Required Massachusetts DESE Licensure for Principal PreK-6
- Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or related field in Education
- At least three years' minimum experience as a teacher or related service provider with evidence of strong leadership ability
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
