DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in monthly draw and bookkeeping for construction projects.
- Enter and review construction invoices, payables and assist in payment
processing. - Work with other members of the construction accounting team to help with bank recs, monthly draw packets and financial review.
- Assist with research, filing, data entry, and record and maintain accurate and
complete financial records. - Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office
operations. - All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Aptitude for math and proficient with computers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility; motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Accounting. - Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
