Woerner Farms is seeking a reliable full-time Equipment Operator to join our farming team in the Youngstown area.

Duties:
- Operation of equipment across large areas of the farm, often through routes of your own design.
- Plan routes with manager, assure coordination with the rest of the team.
- Practice effective maintenance, both in the moment and preventative.
- Remaining flexible and open to help across various areas of the farm when possible.
